Book the loading bay in Lower Lonsdale
If your condo has a designated move entrance, ask for the address the truck should use and the clearance at the bay. Confirm whether you get a dedicated elevator or need to share it. For a move across the inlet, give yourself room between elevator bookings in case bridge traffic delays the trip.
Walk the approach in Lynn Valley or Deep Cove
Check for steep driveway grades, stepped paths, and street parking that leaves a long carry to the door. If you have a choice between the front and side entrances, note which path has fewer steps and wider turns. Point out any covered space where we can set things down if it rains.
