Sort out truck parking before move day
Ask your building manager whether to use a loading dock, lane, or street entrance. In neighbourhoods such as the West End or Kitsilano, look at the signs where the truck would actually stop. If you need the curb space reserved, review the City of Vancouver’s temporary street occupancy permit process early so there’s time to arrange it.
Time your elevator bookings
For a condo move in Yaletown or Coal Harbour, book the service elevator at both buildings and get the bay clearance and access instructions. Leave time between the two bookings for loading, travel, and any key handoff. Tell us if either building only allows moves during a specific window.
Moving a downtown workplace?
Give us the freight elevator hours, the loading entrance, and the date you need to hand the old space back. See our office and commercial moving services or read about our office furniture assembly for WeWork Vancouver.
